Based in Silver City, New Mexico, Victoria is a contemporary figurative artist and printmaker renowned for her original, hand-pulled prints like monotypes and monoprints, with acrylic as her main medium for paintings. She also collects early 19th-20th century prints, further reflecting her deep engagement with art history. Victoria's commitment to visual art extends to the community; she spearheaded the Southwest Regional Museum of Art & Art Center, founded on the belief in art's transformative power for individuals, families, and communities.

Victoria's extensive art education began at Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas, where John Bashor's guidance in drawing from the model and gesture drawing sparked her lifelong interest in expressing movement. She earned her B.A. in Art from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, where muralist Eric Bransby was a significant studio influence, and her interest in Art History truly blossomed. Victoria further honed her craft with an M.F.A. in Painting from Kent State University in Ohio. Her diverse experiences also include work as a registered Art Therapist (ATR) and teaching studio and art history courses at the college and university levels, underscoring her comprehensive understanding and passion for the visual arts.
