Her career includes nine years at an AIDS organization and another nine years at a community action agency, directly informing her current consulting practice with social justice organizations throughout the United States.

Holding an MA in Organizational Psychology and a certified professional coaching credential, Rita approaches supervision as a primary leadership function. She also emphasizes human resources and organizational culture as essential components of effectiveness.
